StFX Call for Artist Submissions
Wallace Internship
The Wallace Family Internship offers StFX students up to $8,000 (or $13,000 for teams) to spend 12 weeks in the summer developing an entrepreneurial idea with mentorship, coaching, and support from the Innovation and Enterprise Centre’s DiscoverBox. It’s a self‑directed program designed to help students turn early‑stage ventures or prototypes into viable projects through guided learning and hands‑on exploration.
The Sustainable Atlantic Marketing Case Competition at Saint Mary’s University challenges students to develop a creative, sustainability‑focused marketing solution for a real local organization. Participants research the issue, build a strategic recommendation, and present to industry judges, gaining hands‑on experience, networking opportunities, and the chance to compete for $3,000 in prizes.
The StFX Art Gallery’s 50/50 Call for Artist Submissions invites artists from Antigonish, Pictou, and Guysborough Counties to submit recent, original work for a special juried exhibition celebrating the gallery’s 50th anniversary. The show will feature 50 artworks by 50 local artists, running from Jul 9 - Sept 19, 2026, and focuses on the themes of chance and convergence. Selected artists receive a professional exhibition opportunity, documentation, and a $350 artist fee.
